Booking & Deposit

How we hold your appointment and what's due up front.

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost.
  • Initial cleaning is billed by the hour — $240/hour for a team of four, with a 1-hour minimum.
  • Payment is due the day of cleaning unless already arranged.
  • Transparent quotes are provided before any work begins — no surprises.

Cancellation Policy

Plans change — here's exactly how cancellations work.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment incur a $100 fee.
  • Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the total cleaning cost.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or on the same day.
  • Need to reschedule? Reach out as early as you can and we'll find a new time.

Service Agreement

A few things that help every visit go smoothly.

  • Estimated time depends on the size and condition of the home.
  • If the home needs more time than originally estimated, the team will confirm with you before continuing.
  • Water and electricity must be on for the cleaning to take place.
  • If utilities are off and the team isn't informed, the cleaning will be rescheduled and a travel fee may be charged.
  • We truly appreciate the opportunity to care for your home.

Scheduling Tips

Get the most out of every cleaning.

  • Let the team know about special occasions or time-sensitive requests.
  • Don't schedule movers, painters, carpet cleaners, or remodeling on the same day as your cleaning.
  • If your home needs extra attention after recent remodeling, please share that in advance.

Cleaning Preparations

  • Remove clutter so surfaces can be cleaned.
  • Pick up clothes and kids' toys.
  • Clear dishes from the sink.
  • Make sure pets have a safe, comfortable place while cleaning happens.
  • If the team has to handle these items, additional hourly charges may apply.
