What's included in a standard cleaning?

Every visit covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces — surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped, counters and fixtures wiped, and trash taken out. Deep and move-out cleans add baseboards, vents, inside appliances and detail work.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Most clients give us secure access and come home to a spotless house. If you'd rather be there, that's completely fine too — our teams are background-checked and fully insured for your peace of mind.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped with professional, family- and pet-safe products. Prefer we use something specific from your home? Just let us know.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on your home's size and the type of clean you need — no hidden fees, ever. Tell us a little about your home and we'll send a transparent quote, usually within the hour.

Are you insured and bonded?

Absolutely. Rosa InstaClean is fully insured and bonded, and every team member passes a background check before entering a client's home.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Then we make it right. If anything isn't perfect, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it free. That's the InstaClean promise.
